Returns Policy

You may return most new, unopened items within 14 days of delivery for a refund. Up to a 30% restocking fee will apply. You will be responsible for shipping. Restrictions apply. Engines and transmissions will have the warranty from the date of receipt. Everything else follows the manufacturer warranty procedures - thereby you will follow warranty repairs with the manufacturer. Custom orders are not returnable (i.e. custom built wheels, electronics, LS Swap Kits, headers/turbo kits or tires). No returns may be accepted without a return materials authorization (RMA).

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

Shipping

We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.

Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound. Please be advised that due to circumstances beyond our control, shipping times may have increased on certain items, however, we strive to keep items in stock to reduce long lead times. We appreciate your patience, and will ensure you items are delivered with excellence.

 

Wheels

 

Any wheels that need to be returned to our facility must have a RMA, if any wheels that have been returned without an RMA will be returned back to shipper. Please make sure the wheels are packaged in the original packaging. Once the wheels have been mounted with tires, they CANNOT be returned! Any wheels that are returned, there will be a 25% restocking fee. Custom built wheels cannot be returned. They are built to order for your vehicle. Please ensure that you have confirmed your desired bolt pattern, backspacing, offset, diameter and widths for wheels front and rear.

 

360 Forged Wheel Warranty

 

Damages due to improper mounting and balancing. Contact free or rubber protective rim clamps are required for tire mounting. Tire balancing must be completed hubcentrically.

 

Damages due to improper installation onto vehicle. Installation must be completed by use of a manual torque wrench in combination with Teflon coated thin wall socket.

 

Damages due to road hazards or debris such as potholes, rocks or any other object or condition not normally found on the roadway.

 

Damages due to careless driving such as curb scratching wheels or involvement in an accident.

 

Damages due to improper maintenance or cleaning of wheels. Wheels should only be washed with a mild soap and water. Acidic cleaners or degreasers will compromise the durability of the wheel's finish.

 

Warranty is extended only to the original end-use purchaser and shall not be extended to any other person or transferee. Claims for warranty are subject to inspection and are required to be returned to 360 Forged at purchaser's expense. Warranty claims will be validated at 360 Forged's discretion following thorough inspection. Valid warranty claims will be repaired and / or replaced and returned to purchaser at no additional cost. If a warranty claim can not be validated, 360 Forged will not cover return shipping expenses but will assist in making repairs to the wheel(s) as economically as possible if the purchaser wishes to do so.
